Ashlea and Matt Quitter Reception
My Sweet Ashlea.... I am so very happy for you and wish you many blessings with your New Hubby and Soul Mate Matt. Ive spent the last year getting to know Ashlea and she has become a very special friend to me, and I will never forget her! She's the kind of person that leaves a spot of sunshine wherever she goes and her smile lights up a room... Her reception, held at the Oldest Gardens in St Augustine was a page right out of a story book romance.. Warm Fall Colors: Rust, Sand and Chocolate with pops of Bright Orange and Yellow ushered in the Fall Season and a Happy New Marriage...
The Menu: Heavy Hors D' Ouevres, Garlic and Herb Rubbed Top Round, Lush Strawberry Salad with Feta and Pecans, Chardonnay Cheese Fondue with Garden Vegetables, Creamy Artichoke and Crab Dip, Bright Seasonal Fruits and White Glove Passed Hors D' added to the elegant and casual atmosphere designed by this beautiful young couple.

Jacksonville Wedding Caterer
A very warm and fond best wish to Mandy and Mark! Just married Sept 4th 2010 at the River House in St Augustine. I had a great time getting to know Mandy and her family, and loved their spin on a Southern Reception. Mandy and Mark decided to head down south with a BBQ Menu with items like, Shrimp and Grits, Jack Daniels BBQ Chicken and Kalua Pulled Pork. Deep South Sweet Corn Pudding and Creamy Potato Salad, Warm Bakery Rolls, Corn Bread and Brown Sugar Baked Beans made for a scrumptious afternoon feast! Mmmmm!
Mandy and Mark decided on a deep marine and celedon as the colors for their event with bright pops of Gerber Daisy's and had fun Table Names of places they dated or traveled. A really cute idea they incorporated was Hand Painted Wine Glass Party Favors, they were adorable and memorable. The wedding party arrived in vintage sports cars and the bride wore a whimsical paneled gown, reminiscent of the 50's.
Truly a New Southern Affair to Remember!

Allison and Josh, Elegant St Augustine Reception:
I truly enjoyed working with this cute couple! Very laid back but with an eye for detail, this dynamic couple went with Champagne and Aqua Colors and a Beachy Menu. Unique centerpieces with large banana leaves, conch shells and floating candles... added just the right touch!
This fun loving couple had the very cool idea to make a Photo Room, and had props, hats,back drops, crazy sun glasses and Polaroid cameras, for keep sake memories! What a blast!
Tropical Chicken with Pineapple Mango Salsa and Island Spice Top Round tied together the Cuisene for this reception. The bride and groom danced all night long and Grandma Kay said the best pre-dinner toast and prayer I've heard in 7 years of event planning!

Lynz Baxter Pink and Black Reception
Lyndsey Baxter, owner of The Wired Look, My Hair Dresser and Friend, asked me to cater her wedding reception on August the 6th. This is the first time Ive catered and planned out a close friends reception and I was more anxious over her than any previous event! lol, Needless to say, it was Rocking! Pink Highlights against Jet Black, Cool Party Favors, Shot Glasses filled with Pink Cotten Candy, Silver Keep Sake Wine Stoppers and a Caberet Style Candy Bar....The Jacksonville Garden Club didnt know what hit them!
